- Now that you've bought some soap, you don't want to wait for it, right? Of course not, and you shouldn't have to! We ship all orders within one business day via USPS Priority Mail – it's fast, trackable, and reliable. We pack our products carefully, but sometimes things happen. See Returns & Replacements for what to do if your products are damaged on arrival.

- We set up our website so we'd feel safe and want to shop here... so in turn you'll feel safe and want to shop here. It's secure, and we won't sell your personal information. Nope, the information you send to us stays with us. We also won't use your information to spam you because nobody likes that.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to love ici’s artisanal soap to the point of distraction! However, there may be times when you find you’re not wild about one of our scents, and as our soaps are consumable items, no refunds will be issued for products. For that reason, we suggest that you try one of our sample packs prior to making a purchase.
Exchanges (like for like) will be issued for damaged items … please inspect your package closely and report problems to us immediately. Damaged products must be returned within three business days in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. - Ordering
- To order products from us, simply click "add to cart" and after you've finalized your choices (it's tough, we know!), submit your order and provide the required information. We'll take care of the rest.

If ever you need to update your account information, all you need to do is click on My Account (the link can also be found at the top of the page), log in, and make whatever changes you want.
